Mr. Sylvain Cofsky is President and CEO of Innovitech, an innovation consulting firm. Mr. Cofksy has 30 years of experience in the world of advanced technologies, economic development and consulting services in Canada and France. Of note, he led the GARDN (Green Aviation Research & Development Network) consortium for nearly 10 years with great success. He also served as General Manager of NanoQuébec, was a Strategic Advisor for Innovation at the Canadian Space Agency and a consultant and partner at Argos Développement Local consulting firm (in France). He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (B.A.A.) from HEC Montreal and a master's degree in science (geography) M.Sc. from the Université de Montreal.
